Ford had a tough little transmission with the C4 when it debuted in 1965. Performance Automatic took over from there and turned this compact 3 speed into a unit that can withstand 450 horsepower! Built with the same internal components as our Super Comp transmission, but utilizes an automatic shift type valve body. Firm, crisp shifts, heavy duty clutches and bands, along with complete installation instructions, are just some of the features.
