Warranty: Maradyne High Performance Fans warrants to the Original Purchaser that the components of each fan package are free from defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the date of installation, or 18 months from the date of delivery and acceptance, whichever date first occurs. This warranty does not cover normal maintenance or adjustments, nor damage or malfunction caused by improper handling, maintenance, installation, abuse, accident, incorrect power source, negligence, carelessness of operation, or alteration or repair of the product in any manner outside the factory without the prior written consent Maradyne. customer further acknowledges and understands that this Agreement is based on performance derived from representative samples in a laboratory test environment. MARADYNE CANNOT AND DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATION OF FITNESS OR PERFORMANCE AS TO CUSTOMERS ACUTAL APPLICATION RESULTS; THIS WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO DEFECTS IN MATERIALS AND WORKMANSHIP ONLY.
