Magneto Controllers
MSD Ignition 12 amp electronic point boxes are in charge of the spark duration and the interesting full power firing sequence of many magneto units, including the Pro Mag 12, Pro Mag 20, and the Pro Mag 12LT. The energy from the generator is controlled with the Field Effect Transistor (FET) technology, which is higher-ranking to mags to still using points as a trigger source. FETs are a great deal more accurate and durable-and are capable of handling loads more current. That is why the Pro Mag can provide full energy sparks throughout the whole rpm range of the engine, while conventional magnetos fall short of full power at high racing rpm. Also, these advanced points boxes keep each spark shining for up to 26° of crankshaft rotation.
