ARP long-lasting fuel pump bolts are rated 170,000 psi, which is much stronger than Grade 8 hardware. They come in your choice of rustproof stainless steel or black oxide chromoly steel, and they are available in both compact 12-point style heads or conventional hex. All the kits come ready with washers.
