A high output magnetic pickup produces a precise trigger signal. The advance CNC machined housing is produced from 6061-T6 billet aluminum. For reliability and stability, a .500" steel shaft is supported by a sealed ball bearing and a long sintered bushing. A precision machined reluctor is attached to the shaft. The adjustable mechanical advance features a cam plate and weights that are precision stamped (includes 3 sets of advance springs and four bushings).
