KB Series Hypereutectic 390 Alloy with 16% Silicon Pistons
This is an all out Hypereutectic T-6 heat treat piston with machining features of their next generation forgings. There are significant advantages with hypereutectic pistons in compression restricted classes. The lower conductivity of the alloy and reflective piston top lowers oil temperatures, reduces combustion heat and pressure lost.
