Manufactured of aircraft-grade chrome silicone with advanced heat-treating. Outers then receive an advanced electro polished finish. This enhanced finish increases valve spring life and fatigue resistance for lap after lap consistency. Each spring is coiled using the most advanced CNC winders in the industry. Each one is then parallel ground, stress relieved and deburred. They are then shot-peened and heat-treated to our own very specific standards.
